Mark your calendars for October 18 through October 21 for the 2019 Mt. Sterling Court Days.

As Kentucky’s oldest and largest outdoor festival, it brings hundreds of vendors selling a wide variety of items, along with a huge assortment of food options and live music for four days in historic downtown Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

Since 1794, people have gathered together in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, to buy, sell or trade goods. The event was originally named Court Day when the Kentucky General Assembly decided that each county should meet once a month to hold court.

This day quickly became an annual trading day where people came from miles around, and more than 200 years later, it still remains that way today.

The Mt. Sterling October Court Days Festival is open from dawn to dusk (8 am to 6 pm), Friday through Monday. Free Admission.
