In March, Jacobson Park closed their Boat Dock in response to closings throughout Lexington due to COVID-19.
On May 7, Mayor Linda Gorton announced the Jacobson Boat Dock will once again be open to the public on May 13, but with guidelines.
The hours of operation are:
- Monday – Friday: 11 am until 6 pm
- Saturday: 11 am until 7 pm
- Sunday: 1 pm until 7 pm
They are offering two and four-person pedal boats along with two-person kayaks for rent.
The guidelines will be posted around the dock to encourage safe use.
