The 16th annual Junior League of Lexington Holly Day Market brings together vendors from across the region to Lexington for one weekend to give shoppers the opportunity to buy holiday gifts in one spectacular location, the newly renovated Central Bank Center. The Market is open Friday thru Sunday and will include a visit from Santa.

Hosted by Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg at the Junior League’s Holly Day Market, enjoy Cookies, Cocoa, and Storytime with Santa. Complimentary, pre-decorated cookies and a hot cocoa bar will include featured guests, all the way from the North Pole, Santa and Mrs. Clause. Children can enjoy a Christmas story (donated by Lexington Public Library) read by Mrs. Clause. Photos with Santa can be taken with your own phone and/or camera. Head to Triangle Park on November 27 for Lexington’s annual Holiday Lighting Festival presented by Baird. Watch as Lexington’s Christmas Tree is lit up in beautiful bright lights, the first candle of Lexington’s Menorah is lit, and holiday carols are sung, getting everyone in the holiday spirit. While you’re there, you can also enjoy the unique experience of ice skating in the heart of downtown at the Rink at Triangle Park!

Santa Claus is coming to (down)town! Lexington’s Christmas Parade begins at 11am downtown and will feature a variety of organizations, bands, floats, and of course, Santa himself!
Enjoy an authentic Kentucky Christmas at Ashland, the Henry Clay Estate, Noon to 7:30 pm. The Day will include a Christmas Market, music, entertainment, Santa SELFies, food and drink, the Ashland illumination at sunset, music, and Candlelight Tours! (Two additional Ashland Candlelight Tour evenings will be offered:nThursday, December 8th 5:30-7:30pm and Saturday, December 10th 5:30-7:30pm.)

Join the Lexington Philharmonic and The Lexington Singers for a Cathedral Christmas, returning to the Cathedral of Christ the King for this Lexington holiday tradition in a program of sacred orchestral and choral works, 8 pm, Cathedral of Christ the King on Colony Blvd.
