School to Home
A former elementary school in Winchester is being turned into a transitional home for female veterans. Trapp Elementary School will serve as a place for female veterans to not only live in, but learn life skills, and tend to mental/physical health. Goal is to have the school open for vets by the end of the year.

IN MEMORY

Ed Puterbaugh

We are saddened to share the news of the sudden passing of neighbor Ed Puterbaugh, of Boone Creek Creamery, and the Kentucky Proud Store on Palumbo. A celebration of life is planned for October and the family has suggested donations to Kentucky Waterways Alliance as a way to honor his memory.
