Dementia Friendly Lexington
Dementia Friendly Lexington is seeking volunteers interested in providing businesses with training on Dementia. They are also seeking businesses interested in achieving a
Dementia Friendly Lexington Designation. If you know of any businesses that may be interested or you are interested in volunteering, contact Amanda Patrick at 859. 278-6072 or apatrick@lexingtonky.gov.

Fitness Instructors
The Lexington Senior Center is accepting applications for Independent Contractors to lead a variety of senior fitness classes. Visit lexingtonky.gov/lexington-senior-center to complete an application form.

Volunteers
Morning Pointe of Lexington is bringing back Volunteer programming (formerly on hiatus due to COVID community guidelines).

Weather-Wise
Weather Policy for the Lexington Senior Center: If Fayette County Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, then the Lexington Senior Center will have no lunch service and no instructor-led activities. If the Mayor closes government offices, then the Lexington Senior Center will be closed.
