Lexington, KY Calendar Update for October 2020

 

Friday, October 2

The Bourbon Country Burn is canceled for 2020.

Lexington: horse raceKeeneland’s Fall Race Meet opens Friday, October 2 through Saturday, October 24, but is closed to spectators.

 

Saturday, October 3

Race for the Cure on Saturday, October 3, hosts a virtual kickoff at 8:30 am.

UK is scheduled to play their home opener football game against Ole Miss at Kroger Field on Saturday, October 3 at 4 pm.

 

Sunday, October 4

The Kentucky Arts Fest in Richmond has been canceled for 2020 and is expected to return in 2021.

 

Saturday, October 10

Kentucky Guild of Artists & Craftsmen Fall Fair in Berea has been postponed.

2020 Yes, Mamm! 5K has been canceled for Saturday, October 10.

The 2020 Secretariat Festival will take a virtual format on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11.

UK hosts Mississippi State on Saturday, October 10.

 

Thursday, October 15

Mt. Sterling Court Days is canceled for 2020 but is scheduled to return October in 2021.

The Kentucky Bourbon Festival in Bardstown scheduled for October 15 through 18 has gone virtual for 2020.

 

Wednesday, October 21

Hamburg Pavilion and Cars & Coffee are celebrating Halloween with a family-friendly Trunk-or-Treat event in Regal Cinemas’ parking lot on Wednesday, Oct 21 at 6 pm.

 

Friday, October 23

Scarefest 13, originally scheduled for Oct 23 through 25, at Central Bank Center is canceled for 2020.

Luke Bryan at Rupp Arena is canceled for Friday, October 23, 2020.

 

Saturday, October 24

UK plays UGA at Kroger Field on Saturday, October 24.

 

Sunday, October 25

The annual Lexington Halloween Festival and Thriller Parade originally scheduled for Sunday, October 25 has been canceled.

 

Saturday, October 31
