Kenny Chesney’s actual tour bus will be out front of the Liquor Barn in Hamburg on Tuesday, April 2 at 4 pm. They are raffling off prizes and serving samples of the featured cocktail.

Lexington: horse raceKeeneland’s 2019 Spring Race Meet opens Thursday, April 4, and continues through Friday, April 26. No racing will be held on Mondays or Tuesdays, or Easter Sunday, April 21.

My Favorite Things, in Hamburg on Old Rosebud Road (off Sir Barton, behind Forcht Bank), hosts their annual Spring Open House Friday, April 12 through Saturday, April 20. The Easter Bunny will make a visit on Saturday, April 13 at noon.

Kentucky Football Blue-White Spring Game is Friday, April 12 at 6 pm at Kroger Field.

Half Price Books in Hamburg Pavilion will host a tent sale April 12 thru April 14.

The Castle & Key Master Mixologist will join the Liquor Barn in the Hamburg location on Friday, April 12 from 4 pm until 7 pm. Sample custom crafted cocktails that use Castle & Key custom syrups and shrubs.

Abettor Brewing Company, a local craft beer company in Winchester, hosts their grand opening on Friday, April 12 starting at 11 am.

The Red Wagon Festival at Red Mile is Saturday, April 13 from noon to 9 pm.
