Curves Moves to a New Home<\/strong><\/h6>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.hamburgjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/HJ-edit-Tina-6-200x300.jpg\")
Curves<\/strong> has relocated from Todds Center to Richmond Road, next to Don Franklin Auto Mall. Curves is a facility, specially designed for women, featuring a complete 30 minute workout that includes the key components of an effective workout\u2014cardio, strength, stretching, balance, and flexibility\u2014that is designed to compare to an hour and half at a traditional gym. There is always a Curves coach in the center of the circuit to advise, guide, and motivate. Curves also offers Curves Smart technology which tracks individual progress on each machine during the workout and reports overall progress and calories burned during the 30 minute workout.<\/p>\n
