Cosi, a soup, salad, and sandwich shop located on Star Shoot Pkwy in Hamburg has closed for good after 13 years of business. The only Lexington location that remains is in the Lexington Convention Center.
On September 1, a sign was posted on the door of the restaurant informing customers of the closure. The note reads:
“Dear Cosi customers,
Cosi Lexington wants to sincerely thank you for your business over the past thirteen years. Unfortunately, we have decided to close our doors effective 9/1/2018. We will continue to run our catering business. If you have any catering needs, we have free delivery inside Fayette County. We will continue to operate our Lexington Center restaurant for breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday.
Thank you, the Stefaniaks”
