Preston Greens began building their senior living community a few months ago, but on September 19 they hosted a ribbon cutting for their leasing office. Even though they are not open just yet, they are taking applications for those wanting to live in their community.
Preston Greens is a brand new luxury senior living community that specializes in Personal Care and Memory Support. Residents will enjoy numerous amenities and unique interiors with comfortable floor plans.
Personal Care amenities include:

- 24-hour on-duty nurse

- Luxury suites

- Circadian rhythm lighting
Steadfast Companies purchased the land from Preston Madden and therefore paid homage to him by naming their facility Preston Greens.
Scheduled completion date is May of 2020. There are 100 personal care units with 25 unique apartment style PC units. There are 24 memory care units and the whole facility sits on 5 acres.
The facility is located right next to WaterStone at Hamburg and across from Freddy’s Frozen Custard on Polo Club Blvd.
