The newly constructed apartment complex, WaterStone Apartments, on Polo Club Blvd. takes third place in highest price paid for a complex in Lexington. WaterStone At Hamburg was purchased for $45 million. Broken down, that would be $170,000 per unit (264).

The only other complexes that beat the WaterStone price are Forty57 that sold six years ago for $52 million and The Racquet Club that sold earlier this year for $51 million. Even though the total amount is the third highest, it looks like it holds the record for sale price per unit.

The 2018 assessment only represents a partial completed value, but on January, 1 of 2019 it will have it’s first assessment at the full value.
