Anixter Inc. has just moved into a new office on Fortune Drive bringing with them 103 new jobs. This company is a global distributor of Network & Security Solutions, Electrical & Electronic Solutions, and Utility Power Solutions. They build, connect, power, and protect valuable assets and critical infrastructures.
They plan to invest $4.23 million into their newly constructed Turner Development Center.
The offices occupy 21,000 square feet of the newly built 38,500 square foot center. According to the company, this project will create a centralized, Kentucky-based sales team to provide seamless services for the company’s East Coast customers. The new space will also bring Kentucky three new technologies: audio visual, wireless communication, and power services.
