A new seafood restaurant debuts soon in Hamburg!
The Saucy Crab is coming to Richmond Road inside the vacant Texas Roadhouse.
The restaurant is a new venture from Koi Express Restaurant, which started as a food truck in London, Kentucky in 2017. Koi Express has since expanded into two full restaurants in Frankfort and London, with plans for more restaurants to come.
Although Koi Express is Japanese food, The Saucy Crab focuses on seafood.
