Dress for Success Lexington will hold its first sale of the year on April 17-19, in the Eastland Shopping Center, located at 1301 Winchester Road, Suite 21.
Dress for Success Lexington, a non-profit organization, opened its doors in Lexington in October, 2013 and since that time has served 200 women and counting in the Lexington community. In addition to the professional attire it provides for economically disadvantaged women preparing for job interviews, it also offers a network of support and the career development tools needed to help the women thrive in both work and life. Job-ready women come to Dress for Success Lexington by referral only from over 30 local agencies with which Dress for Success Lexington has partnered.
Shoppers at the April sale will have the opportunity to purchase items donated to Dress for Success Lexington that cannot be used for suiting. Many of these items are brand new and hardly worn.
The sale is open to the public April 17-19 from 10am to 5 pm. Sizes range from Size 2 to 3X
and include dresses, coats, jeans, handbags, shoes, evening wear, jewelry and more – and it’s all for the ladies! Specially priced designer labels and grab-bag specials will also be available. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Suiting program and Career Center programs of Dress for Success Lexington.
