On a Saturday afternoon in May of 2020, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen caught on fire. Nine months later, news spread that the vacant location will transform into an Olive Garden.
This forthcoming Olive Garden will become the second in Lexington, located in the Brighton area of Hamburg. The first Lexington location of Olive Garden is on Nicholasville Road outside Fayette Mall.
A remodeling permit has been filed with the city to repair the damages on the building from the fire.
