FatBurger is now open just down the road from Hamburg, in Winchester, Kentucky. The West Coast-based chain’s celebrity fans reportedly run the gamut from Justin Bieber to David Letterman. The original fatburger weighs in at a hefty one-third pound, but those with larger appetites may gravitate to the 1.5 lb XXXL. The Winchester outlet is sharing  space with Buffalo’s Express. About 70 percent of Fatburgers are now co-branded and co-located with Buffalo’s Express.
