If you’ve driven past the construction zone in front of the Richmond Road Lowe’s for the past year, you know the neighborhood has been curious.
If you love the current Panera on Richmond Road, life is about to get twice as nice. Panera already has a home on Richmond Road, tucked into the French Quarter square just outside the New Circle junction.
A permit has been pulled to build a new Panera in the current bald spot in front of Lowe’s off Richmond Road, where a stand of trees and office building were demolished. The supplanted Sunshine Grow shop has just moved down the street.
