Cheer is coming to the babies in the NICU of Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East. The Snow Bunny Baby Project will be donating items families need when the baby is allowed to leave the Hospital.
The event will be held at The Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East off Richmond Road on Thursday, December 20 at 3 pm. This is the fourth year this organization has donated items to the hospitals in the Lexington area. The package that will be donated to the families will include a pack of diapers, wipes, a toy, washcloth, onesie, baby wash, and a book.
The Snow Bunny Baby Project began its journey in 2015 as a way to give support to families with children in the NICU. They collect diapers, clothes, toys, anything a family needs to make going home easier.
