The 2021 Central Kentucky Go Red for Women Experience is going virtual on Friday, April 23, 2021 at noon.

Grassroots Pharmacy celebrated its fourth anniversary at its Hamburg Pavillion location in March.

 

New CEO for CHI Saint Joseph

CHI Saint Joseph Health announced that Anthony A. Houston, FACHE, was selected as the CEO for the health system. Houston, who will also serve as president of Saint Joseph Hospital and Saint Joseph East, begins in the new role on April 5.

 

UK hosts ‘Thank You’ Lunch for vaccine and testing volunteers

University of Kentucky Dining provided a complimentary thank you lunch to honor the volunteers who have made it possible for UK and UK HealthCare to provide public COVID-19 testing and vaccinations over the last several months. Employee and student volunteers come from many areas across UK’s campus, including UK HealthCare and the colleges of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Health Sciences, Nursing and Public Health.

 

Vaccines in the Neighborhood

Grassroots Pharmacy received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine and has been running full speed since.

 

RUNS

The 6th Annual Horse Capital Marathon & Half Marathon is on Saturday, April 10. The race starts at 7:30am from the Kentucky Horse Park Campground Area.

Save the date! The Central Kentucky Heart Walk Digital Experience takes place on May 8.
